These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and KBC Ventures, LLC ("DeleteMyAI," "we," "us," "our"), located at 100 Powell Place #1538, Nashville, TN 37204, United States. By creating an account, accessing, or using the DeleteMyAI service at deletemy.ai or app.deletemy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.
DeleteMyAI is a data deletion request service. We act as your authorized agent to submit legally-backed data erasure requests to artificial intelligence providers under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and CCPA Section 1798.105 (Right to Delete). We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. While our service leverages established privacy rights, we cannot guarantee that any particular provider will comply with a deletion request, nor can we guarantee that deletion will be complete or will undo prior use of your data in model training.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@deletemy.ai.
To send deletion requests on your behalf, you must grant us a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA). By signing the LPOA through our service, you authorize DeleteMyAI to:
The LPOA is limited in scope to data deletion requests related to your selected AI providers. It expires after 1 year from the date of signing unless renewed. You may revoke the LPOA at any time from your account settings. Revocation does not affect requests already submitted.
The LPOA does not authorize us to access your accounts with AI providers, agree to any terms on your behalf beyond deletion requests, or make any legal claims or initiate litigation on your behalf.
DeleteMyAI offers the following pricing tiers:
Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments per batch of deletion requests (not subscriptions). Pricing is subject to change; any changes will apply only to future purchases.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information.
Because our service involves best-effort work to submit and track deletion requests, refunds are handled at our discretion. We may offer a refund if requests have not yet been submitted to providers. Once requests have been sent, refunds are generally not available, as the work has been performed. Contact hello@deletemy.ai for refund inquiries.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the DeleteMyAI service are owned by KBC Ventures, LLC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to us. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely for the purpose of providing the service as described in these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@deletemy.ai or through your account settings. Upon termination:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at hello@deletemy.ai. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Tennessee. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
